My house was built in 2010. Beautiful, and everything has held up. Haven't had any problems that were from his building. He worked with us on getting it at the price we could afford. We agreed to purchase the house after a lot of stuff was already picked out but with what was left he let us choose. Everyone that I talked to was very polite. And those that came in were very respectful of my belongings and even took their shoes off on the carpet when he had to fix my shower. Great job and very courteous
